Default Intense Racing mods

Planning on doing the following Intense Racing mods at least for now:

3.4 pulley
Fender well intake
180 degree thermostat
Colder plugs

Should I expect a really fun gain?

What should I expect to shave off my stock 0-60??

Thanks

2003 SSEi (stock for now)

That will be a nice gain that you will feel in the seat dyno
You will want to open up the exhaust to get the full effect as a future mod.

fun gain?? hell ya...

expect maybe a full second off your 0-60... should be sitting around 6 seconds... at least thats where i was with the same mods

your supercharger whine will be a lot louder

dont foget about getting a pulley puller

look into getting an INTENSE PCM also, for only $100, its another good kick in the pants

do not look at the colder plugs and thermostat as performance adders

The bug has bitten you...

Once you get used to the feeling...you'll be aiming for the next mod...

Got a scantool? You'll want to scan for KR. Especially in the summer. The results may dictate exhaust mods.
