fwi intake issues

I'm not sure how to interpret the Fuel trims, I know the 99 number is the LTFT number. as stated before the only code is P0440 which is an evap code for Large leak detected.

I have not had time or money to work on the car but the mileage is still awful it only gets about 200-250 miles before the gas light comes on. I may try to put the car on ramps and take a look at the evap canister and lines and see if anything obvious is wrong. at this point I am out of ideas

Look for cracks. Those lines are a pain to inspect. A shop would fill the tank with smoke and then look for leaks that way.

I have been thinking of getting a smoke test done, I have no clue what it would cost though,
