Sunoco. Some have 100 octane
Most of that 100 Octane is leaded.

As far as I know I have the quickest "official" L36 N/A Bonne. You'll have to wait until I get home to dig up my slip to see the numbers, as I highly doubt my lowly 15.52 is still on Rogue'* page anymore.

Interesting conversation. Let me just say a few things.

1) Other than say it was a legitimate slip and took the drivers word for what side he was on I made no other verification of the time.

2) If the car in the left lane had gotten a decent launch (2.0 on street tires) the time would be a 15.8 or so anyway (given that every .1 off the 60 is .2 off the ET). I know this isnt saying much for who drove what and who was in what lane I thought I'd just throw it out there.

3) If the car in the right lane had gotten a 2.0 launch then it would be running 15.4. Honestly I can't see an L26 making that kind of time unless it was lightened up quite a bit.

4) The time in the left lane SEEMS more consistant with an L26 powered car. If you look at BonnieMeMn'* best time of 15.9 with a great launch it makes sense.

5) I'm not calling anyone out, and for now I'm going to take Pat'* word that it was his time and leave the time in the list however I would not mind seeing him back up the time with another slip. With that 60' it wouldnt be to hard to recreate.

I'll second that motion. It would be nice to see another timeslip with a similar performance. It just seems like 15.6 is REALLY fast for a Series 1.

Pat, I hope you don't think we're ganging up on you. Nothing personal.

sweetness. and my last off topic, to clear up what I meant when I posted... when I brought up willwren'* '95, it was sarcasm, saying that if we were going to call out 1993 sle, we might as well start calling out will'* 95, because it ran better than what would be 'expected'...

sorry for contributing to the off topicness. just got a little riled when I read that - I'm not used to that sort of behavior on the BC.

I figured it was a joke, even considering the CRAPPY conditions we had. Kinda hard to argue with this: http://i14.photobucket.com/albums/a3...n/P1010047.jpg

Left to right, Bob (EchoSSEi), Me in the 95SLE (right lane), 2000SilverBullet, Chadow427 (returning from their run).

I would really like to but my trans won't even shift at 6400 right now. Since I go to school full time and take senior level engineering classes, I only work 8 hours a week. So I have no way to fund a 3 grand tranny(built). I'm considering taking out a loan but I probably won't untill my trans really starts to let go. I only drive 20 miles a week so hopefully it will hold up for a little while...So, no dyno, no track till at least next spring. You gotta pay to play.
