With less than an hour to spare:
First of all, I forgot to snap a pic of the EGR. I did search and find this one though. You can see the EGR port on the exhaust manifold (barely) on the very right side of the picture.

Anyway, I have a bracket in the way of any really good pictures, but here'* a few showing the linkage and bracket:




It LOOKS like the TV cable is what'* attached to the linkage in your pic, yes? It looks like mine does not have that provision. On the other hand, the linkage looks similar otherwise. I'll bet that you can simply transfer either just that crank, or the whole linkage to the L27 TB, and be all set there.
