I Read Some Time Ago That 94s And Possibly Other Years Have An Exhaust System That Does Not Benefit From A 'standard' Type Header Install. I Did Search After Search For Headers For My 94 Bonnie SE AND THE only Set I found Anywhere Were $1300.00 From INTENSE. If I Recall Its Because My 94 Has A Highly Tuned 'cylindrical' System Already. Will You Shed Some Light On This If You Can? I Am In The Process Of Having A Perf. Chip Burned Now. So Id Greatly Appreciate Your Taking The Time.
To our knowledge there are no headers made to fit the 92-94 SE.
As well..the increased flow would kill off your low end torque that you have instead of helping creat power, it would hurt the power.

INTENSE doesn't make anything for your Series 1, and nobody makes headers for them. Besides, you don't really need them. You have the best-flowing manifolds GM ever produced from the factory. Tubular 'quasi-headers'. If you were to put higher ratio rocker arms on, you'd simply need to port your existing manifolds to remove the slightly restrictive weld on the inside of each runner to the flange.

A high flow cat is one of the first 3 basic mods that most of us do. 180 thermostat (drill one small hole in the flange), high-flow cat, and some form of intake or drop-in performance filter. These three will wake your car up in terms of throttle response.
The high-flow cat with your miles would be a good place to start. If your factory cat has alot of miles, you can regain some lost power, and then some. After about 100k or so, I'd bet a cat replacement would be more obvious to the seat-of-the-pants dyno.
