His biggest issue on the GP was the U bend. Did you get to see that before it was removed. It'* pathetic, but keeps the O2 safe.
Stock pulley and stock front mani, he won't be any faster.
BTW there'* headers on ebay that are SLP knockoffs for $188 and they are very good headers. Another very picky buddy got a set and let me know they are looking extremely good and great for the pricing.

no i wasn't able to see it but he may still have it I'll ask... I'll check those headers out, but i think I'll go with the p-log, i don't think i will be going any lower than a 3.4" pulley so i think the p-log can get me there with a good tune.
Yeah, the log should be perfect that for situation. The rear manifold isn't restrictive and shouldn't need to be changed. The crossover isn't any different.
