Those are real good times, drag day is allways a blast and I hate it to come to an end. Work on those reaction times, you might like bracket racing. Is that 60' time under full traction or is that with wheelspin?
That GTX'* time is slow, I wonder what was wrong with it? Those come with 440'* from the factory and were frequently in the low 14'* stock. Hey, at least you can say you kind of kept up with old school muscle at the track Braggin rights

Hey thanks Red Alert!
I had full traction with the 60' time because I forgot to turn the traction control off. I could feel the computer bogging down the motor, it actually felt like it was stalling. I was pissed because the whole drive to the track I was going over in my mind what I should do, you know take out some weight, keep the hood open in line, and run the heater in line, adj tire pressure, TURN OFF TRACTION CONTROL, etc. But I got lined up and kinda forgot about the TC. I'm not sure if the GTX had full traction or not.
I was really surprised by the GTX too, I also thought it should be way faster. It probably did have the 440 and it definitely had the air grabber hood. It was in mint condition and totally stock too, even had antique car tags. It was obviously a show car, and was really nice to look at.
Bracket racing might be cool when I have more time to spend at the track. For now test n tune days are my speed. My best reation time out of the 4 runs was a .844, but I got creamed by the GTO on that run. My brother used to bracket race whenever he could a few years ago. He has a GN that runs in the mid 13'* and a 72 Skylark that is in the high 13'*. But work, a house, and a wife have slowed him down too and he can't find time to make it to the track much either.

I have removed my back seat several times in my 01, the bottom cushion just lifts right out. Lift up and out, there'* two clips holding it in. Very easy, just got figure out where to pull. The back seat cushion is a little more difficult.
