Will the machining be different from the size of the plastic since it has a different expansion rate?
I was wondering the exact same thing...

as I have had to deal with the issues of breaking the Throttle body coolant tubes on the LN3'* as well as the heater core lines on the LN3 which were all made of metal... There was always some corosion and the metal and alluminum became fused together... Would the Elbow have the same issue?

Don, I would think that if he uses the same metal as the intake, then there shouldn't be the galvanic corrosion issue.

I would be interested in one of these, assuming the price is right.

I have seen on the firebirds with the 3800, you go to pull the tensioner off and snap.... There goes that coolant passage throught tensioner... Have to replace the whole tensioner assembly... And I believe it was alluminum...

Wondering what the price would turn out to be myself
