Default Cold Air Intake

Would anyone know if there is an available cold air intake system for a 2000 SSEi?

Preferably K&N but as long as I find one, that'* good enough haha.

www.INTENSE-racing.com has "FWI" (Fenderwell intake) systems available. They seem to work the best out of any intake system, and are highly recommended here. Check them out -

Nope and people have said that its not really an issue either, just try to avoid the really deep puddles.

You don't need a splash guard to protect it on a 2k. It'* protected already, as it was designed for that generation.

The 92-99 installation would be more exposed.

You could also get a K&N PreCharger. You can get them at Jegs.com.

This one might work, but check the K&N websaite once you get your filter.

There'* really no need for that.

We have dozens of FWI'* running on 2k'* with no dirt, water, or grime issues. All year long.

JMB has the best one in my opinion. i have it on my car. plus u can pick any color and its powdercoated. check out all of the six pics they provide. pretty nice.....and since i already had that $50 stainless steel mesh filter which has no paper element in it from AutoZone i just sold the K+N to a friend cuz it was brand new in the box. and wen he took it out of the box we held my stainless steel and the K+N up to the sun and mine looked like it was more fine of a filtration then the K+N and it also has the front funnel part that sucks the air but the K+N only sucks outta the sides and is a chrome plate in the front with K+N logo on it.

just my $.02cents

Do you have any pictures of this filter? I've never heard of it.
