Chips for 1994 SLE w/ L27?

Chips for 1994 SLE w/ L27?
I've searched around, and apparently theres a few problems with owners of 1994 Bonnevilles unable to find the right chips or scantools not knowing whether is ODB 1 or 2 and what not? Anybody able to clarify if there are any reliable sources for chips? OR anybody have any experience on a 1994 and scan tool compatibility? Its like the one year of the bonneville that lacks parts, and not to mention the SLE'* which didn't have any badging either!

www.gmtuners.com makes a chp for the 94 L27.

A scan tool that will work is the Actron CP110 with a gm cartridge and an OBD2 cable.
