Default FPR replacement 1994 L27

how do i go about changing it

94 0lds 88 the car whens its warmed up and i come to a stop it dies but it always starts back up
i figure just swap it because i have a extra one laying around
also i check grounds they seem to bee fine
also NO SES light

What year and engine is your spare FPR from? 92/93 L67 is not the same as 94/95, for instance. Nor is S1 the same as S2 (L27/L36). They are not plug/play.

There'* a retaining ring on it. Disconnect vacuum, remove retaining ring, pull it out. It may be quite difficult to pull out.
