I understand the concepts and the techniques, Bill. I got it that far, cleaning up the edges wont be hard, the sc is hand tight bolted down, and has no oil in it yet.
Adding that chamfer to the SC housing, wasn't necessarily on my mind at that time.

You making some kind of reference towards the SilverBullet ?

Looks good Matt.
Don't let Bill rain on your parade.
From the sound of it, you have plenty of time and it won't take long to chamfer the outlet.
The sharp edged outlet will create more resistance to flow than a rounded one.....and that will create heat.

I thought of you as we drank back all those beers last night...
We left the drinking until AFTER the rockers and springs were all installed and Tourqued down.
I can tell you, after all those beers i had there, all the ones I drank with joel after, and the drinks at the bar last night, i was extreamly hungover this morning

Anyways onto the car parts
I pulled the SC back off tonight, and took it apart, this takes maybe 25 minutes, gettin pretty good at now..
So, I will make a chamfer in there, and put it all back together.
Then I will do the brakes and make a FWI shield template.
