Does anybody have the part number for this Vacuum Block?
It goes to the 3800 VIN C, Pre Series 1 Motor.
Does anybody know where I can purchase one, or have one they can sell me?

I think the only place you will find one of those is a self service junkyard. there are plenty of 3800'* there. If you can't find one let me know, my local junkyard usually has a couple of very old GM Olds or Buicks there with the 3800 engine.
