Default vaccum hose dash vents

The air will not blow out of my dash vents in my 92 olds 88 (3.8 v6). vaccum hose around the break booster are all hooked up, what else should Iook for to fix this problem?

There may be a vacuum line that runs in to the wiring harness and goes to the right side of the car. This may be the one that runs the dash vents. Check for that.
