Interesting blower fan issue, need help
Alright, so there is this dime sized, half inch thick silver device which tells the AC when to kick on and off, and when the blower fan can cut on low, it can bypass the fan controls as well. I found it by accident while trying to solve the issue of my blower fan refusing to turn off. I think it'* some sort of thermostat, and what little I have found about it seems to confirm that, and that it is able to tell the blower fan to cut on low regardless of the fan setting.
The part number is AC13CM.
I have replaced my relay, resistor, even unplugged the controls, the blower fan will not stop spinning on low. This either makes the car too hot, or too cold, and it'* getting on my nerves. The only thing that makes it stop is unplugging this little device.
So, does anyone know where I might find a replacement for AC13CM? I've googled, asked a few parts stores, they don't have it. I could get a handful out of the junkyard and hope they one of 'em is good, but, I really don't want too considering it'* buried in behind the radio / up near the climate controls.
Hope y'all can help, this issue has been driving me insane.

Yeah, seems if I slide the temp slider over to hot a little, it stops blowing, so I guess that'* my fix for now. I think the thermostat is too sensitive, it doesn't realize when the car is too cold 'cause it'* blowing AC when the car is 50F or less inside.
