Idle too high on '91 Olds Regency 3800-V6

Just tonight my Olds started running down the road (without foot on Accelerator) at about 35-40 mph. Upon getting it home the engine idles really fast and will not come down. TPS? Anything else to check? Thanks.

A good place to start is cleaning TB,IAC IAC Passage. sticking IAC can cause high idle.
