i was thinking about it and it would sound like that too if the oil was partially blocked and the lifters weren't pumping up. i dont know if they can clean out the oil passages with it assembled, that might be a good thing to have them do too

I will ask them to check into that. When my taxes arrive I will see what I can and or can not do but I need to take car of a few bills first.
