Ahhh ok, not sure why I was thinking 3800, I am not sure if the guy I know of can do anything with a 3.1L

The guy i bought it from told me if he didnt lock it he never had a problem, three days and i havent had a problem yet.its a 3.1, yes if you have contact info i would like to remedy the problem. Thanks for all the help guys.

Hopefully that keeps working like that for you, it really shouldn't have anything to do with the locks though.

I have not heard back from the guy, I'll ask if he is able to tune a 3.1 PCM, I know he can tune motors 3.8 and up.
I should hear back from him soon, on whether or not he has the equipment that can interface with your PCM.
