Hey guys just want to know if I can swap out heads of a 3800v6 series 1 with a series2. I want to swap heads between the two for price reasons. The older v6 I have is a 3800 from a 94 olds lss non */c I want to get new heads but all of the heads I see for my year are more expensive than the newer ones from 96 on up. Any help is great

No, they will not work between either series.

I don't know why there is a huge price difference. The Series 2 engine was made from 1995 to 2005. That gives junkyards a surplus of 3800'* which should make parts cheap. I think my yard charges $50 per head.
