Causes
- Open EGR ignition filter circuit.
- Excessive deposits on EGR valve pintle or seat.
- Poor connection or damaged harness.
- EGR Valve Icing.
- Test for voltage at the EGR plug
- Inspect and clean EGR pintle
- Inspect EGR plug for damage or loose connection.
