i have sirius in both cars, and have used all 3 types of aftermarket setups -

Sirius-ready HU with satellite tuner, AUX input and FM modulator.

The AUX and Sirius ready add on were on par with each other in SQ, but not much better than what you get on FM. DO NOT EXPECT TO CD QUALIITY SOUND OUT OF IT EVER

of course teh FM modulated is the poorest of all options, but still not THAT bad when compared to AUX or add-on
