Sorry but I just need a place to vent.

Going to court monday to fight for custody over my first daughter. Her mother moved her out of state without any notification and changed her number. She also yanked her out of school and has missed over a dozen doctors appointments. The court system here though is geared towards women so it is the biggest pain to get custody being the guy.

I called the court about her moving to and if it was me I would be nailed to a cross and burned but they don't care that she did it and said all I can do is file a motion. Hopefully everything will go good. Its so hard proving she is an unfit mother even though she got my daughter high and she is 4 and not potty trained :(

Hopefully I can finally get her from her mothers grasp and with her two sisters and she can have a normal safe childhood without bouncing all over and eating nothing but fast food and stuff. Wish me luck.

Well the thing is. Her entire family backs her up on everything she says even if its not true and the numbers game is what kills me. They make me out to be a devil worshipper or something. Now finally I'm getting paperwork from doctors and using this gigantic screw up on her part to my advantage while I have the chance or for all I know she might dissapear forever.

EDIT: I even had her arrested for violating my visitation rights. She'll comply for a week or two then violate again and nothing ever gets done except a slap on the wrist. Courts around here suck.
