Well folks, I just started taking the Zyban i was prescribed to stop smoking. So, if this finally gets me to quit, I'm am 8 packs away from my last cigarette.

It kinda suprised me that it specifically tells you not to quit smoking during the first of 12 weeks. So I get to finish the carton I just bought.

I'm posting this as part of the "Get support from your friends" suggestion, and as a warning that the bizarre Lounge posts may increase if the nicotine fits get too bad!

We'll see if this works. Cold turkey, the patch, and hypnosis didn't, but i'm hoping for the best this time!

You may wanna try looking up this thread too.

I quit about a year ago (or something like that). I went cold turkey and made it, but I had only smoked for a few years at the time.

Just remember, quiting smokeing is easy. I know a guy who has done it a dozen times himself!
