I have reached my limit with this winter crap. Bring on spring. Fluctuating temps and a mix of rain, freezing rain, and snow for the last week have made me sick of the crap. Its a frozen mess that'* impossible to shovel, and now I have a pretty bad cold because of it. If I could hibernate for the rest of the winter, I would..

im sick of it too. at work we have these rectangular bins on casters called lo-boys that we use for un-priceable/recyclable donations. they are about 3 foot tall and 4 foot long by 2.5 feet wide. we also have dumpsters that are taller than i am for some reason. when we get this ice mix, not only does it make it a PITA to just get the bin to the dumpster, but after ive gotten it down to where its just loose tiny crap at the bottom i need to lift it up and tip it over the dumpster. this is difficult when you are either standing in a snow drift or on a sheet of ice.

I was going to head North with the Jeep into Manning Park... to ski.. (Not Now~!!)
Even a few minutes ago I dont think this highway has been plowed lately...
They must have had to move a lot of equipment over to where the Avalanche'* were.
How deep is the snow on hwy 3..WOW! It is one storm after another in z Mountains!

After like 3 days of warm weather the snow has all melted away, only small chunks are left here and there.
We don't have any more snow coming, but a good week of nights at freezing temps, cannot wait for spring, even though I hate all of the bugs, I'll welcome the warm weather, it is Summer I'll hate, gets way too hot around here for me!

guess i shouldnt of said anything, we got a couple inches over night. not enough to care about except they are likely going to have to salt again and the rain we had washed the salt from the road and i was hoping to be done with that. supposed to be windy and highs in the teens this week unfortunately

I'm Sorry if I need to rant right now, but really... Does anyone want some black ice..???
You can have some of ours from tonight!
Sunday/Monday was suppose to change to rain..NOT..more snow. Then Tuesday went above freezing in sunshine, melting snow, roads now all wet..then Tuesday night of course it drops down way below freezing, offering those lovely dangerous little diamonds everywhere!
F Me I should have just skated home! Luckily, I aired the tires down for better patch, and did not hit anything. Cant say the same for other drivers tonight..Saw a few doozies that I went around, very slowly on the way home. I bet by Wed Am if they dont get salt ASAP (now 4:23 am) there will be hundreds of accidents shortly!
