hahahah our snow is gone for the most part again, just came in from putting air in the tires they were all off FL-25 FR-30 RL-30 RR-35 put them all on 35 and doesnt pull so hard to the left anymore. and in the process found a nice little screech when i start it up but we are thinking because it jsut rained and its cold that that has something to do with it, because as i kept starting it the screech got fainter.

Well, I got the valve cover gaskets and coolant elbows replaced finally....had a few problems/stupid attacks, but we got her fixed (thank god for a burned up Buick Regal). Insurance adjuster showed up, and I'm only going to have to eat about $40. The check should be here by next Tuesday, and some of the parts will hopefully be here this weekend.

She was supposed to go in for fuel lines today, but some idiot took out 2 power poles to the shop I go to, so they probably aren't getting done until Saturday at the earliest. Which is not good, the evap line is completely shot, and the others are getting really bad. I don't recommend breathing in raw gas fumes while driving 1.5 hours a day... probably not healthy.

But, since its not going to the shop today, I have to go figure out whats wrong with my my high beams and the DRL system. Somehow, the PS high bulb (a less than 1 year old Phillips 9011 HIR) is out, but the filament looks good. Fuse for that bulb is good. But my DRLs don't work at all now, and the illuminated entry doesn't turn on either high beam bulb. Not sure if the systems don't work if one bulb is out or not. Seems weird.

And the poor thing needs a wash. Badly.

well..... heres a pic of the fogs i took last night. not overly impressed if im honest. not low on voltage either. checked and they were both getting 13.5 volts. hopefully they have removable bulbs i can replace with something brighter. i was gonna go with some hids but the hids i have now suck on wet roads and that was one of the main reasons i got these.

i thought the h3 bulbs were supposed to be amazingly bright or something. these arent even bright enough to where id feel safe driving without my low beams on.

i went and picked up my new license plate today and took the adventurous way, also got my spare tire out of there by a lovely young man at the dealership i got it from, and then took it out on the mud trail on my way home. also saw a cool accident idk if anyone was hurt but airbags were deployed.
