I used to get the same kind of severe Migrane type headaches as you do when I was your age. I've grown out of it. Doctor'* could never tell me what it was.
I have learned to sleep on my left side....the opposite side the headaches occur on...and it worked.

I had this problem when I used allergy medicine.

The problem has seemed to go away and I am once again a happy camper. This usually happens to me once a week every year. Not sure why it happens for that amount of time, but it'* always the same amount of time then i goes away. I'm just glad it'* done... until next year atleast. lol.
