We are going to look at #2 at noon its 1600sq feet I have a Realtor but since he'* out of town im going in alone. I really like the looks of #2 on the exterior and it from the pics looks well taken care of..

There are a few more we saw while browsing 2 have inlaw suits or in other words apartments. thats a plus for me but neither have Garage'* thats a bigger plus..

I will not jump at the well there is an offer on this property cause if there is and you can't show me thats B.* IMO. And I like the price of #2 a little more #1 is too trailer style for 170k IMO..

House hunting is fun aint it..

I got really tired of house hunting when we were. But, we had a really good Realtor. I really liked the way we would "trade lists" each time we met. He would hand me a pile of printouts that he found and recommended, and we would hand him our pile. Then we'd each go through the piles... "Yep, yep, nope, no freakin way, nope, yep..." and then compare the results. Really nice guy, and smart!!!

Good luck with the hunt!!

That was my thought. When I first saw that picture of #1 I figured it was a manufactured home. Those can be hit or miss for quality.

And 9 times out of 10, a miss.

My first thought of that house was that it resembeled a manufactured home, too.
