I did that for many years, however my upload speed is only 45K. The download speed of my provider is on an OC3

nice, but wouldn't you rather your users have a slow speed, then you have to pay hundreds in hosting?

Nah, My site is free for 3 years with a 5gb bandwith limit each month. Every GB over is only 1.00. 5GB is normally just fine for me and I dont mind paying 10 bucks for high bandwith months.
