i had the nicest instructor in the world and everything was goin just peachy until it came to pull on the highway.......traffic was next to insane.i saw a guy turning and that triggered the "punch it and get out there instinct". but then i remembered theres a cop sitting next to me not my dad. and so i pulled out real slow and almost got rearended.(i know im dumb you dont have to tell me).so yep failed bigtime.goin to take it again friday.and on top of that my mom(who wouldnt let me drive) decided to trade paint with a parking curb so now i have a nice yellow streak on the bottom of my bumper it goes well with the green, actually u cant see it unless you look for it but I know its there so it sucks.
I took my test in my 1988 Chevy Nova with a manual.. The test center has their own course of all kinds of roads you will encounter that you drive on, instead of real roads. I drove a stick, and didn't lose ONE POINT on the test! I was so proud... :P

were not so lucky to have a course with no other cars on it.i couldve taken the test in our ranger(its a powerhouse j/k) but i prefer the luxurious air conditioned ride of the Bonneville. the a/c on the RAnger died when we pegged a deer doin 65.never have been able to figure out why.
Tough luck dude. Hope ya pass next time.
I remember when I took mine. It was in a busy part of the city, and I had to make a left into traffic from a school without a light. That was fun. Luckly, I passes with flying colors.

always take a standerd, my dad bought the car in my sig just about a week before the test, I took it, and I failed for some reason :?: then the next time i went I took my dads 91 3/4 ton with the standerd and I got it. I think i drove the same, maybe the standerd gave me an excuse to only have 1 hand on the wheel :?: or they just failed me the first time for driving a 50k car
(in 92 was a bit more then it is today i quess)
