Default Weird Plate
Coming back home today, I saw a minivan with a license plate that said, "US Government". I've never seen one like it before. Does anybody know what is it for?

Most Federal Government owned vehicles are like this. White plate with green lettering? Even Military Recruiters used to drive these. Most of the street-legal vehicles I drove in the Marines had these plates, too.
