Well, for the Fel-pro head gasket, it will be ok if it is the blue (or was it green?) one. I just got off the phone w/Barry Captain (he'* been breathing Shelby Dodges since around 1993) and he said you should be fine in the N/A with the Fel-pro head gasket kit as long as it'* the blue/green gasket. He said he hasn't had a failure with one in a turbo application running 18 psi with a larger FWDPerformance turbo.
As far as I can say, your best bet is to get the head from Key City with the 90 day warranty. It'* $100, possibly less if they'll deal (seemed like a nice place when I picked up the hood for the 94 Park Avenue Ultra 2 weeks ago), but I think it'* worth more than me sending you the TII Common block head (which comes from a 1989 TII engine that was rebuilt 3k ago, but has a blown head gasket -to the outside) only to find out that my TII head has cracks (which I guess I could see with the bare eye pretty much). Otherwise I'm still waiting on my cousin to check his 2.2/2.5 parts pile for a good head (doesn't have to be cross-drilled -which the easy way of checking for a TII or common block head).

the head at key city is $150.. and doesnt come with the manifolds on it.. so theres more money for gaskets...

i'd be looking for deals on the classifieds section of http://www.turbododge.com or http://www.turbo-mopar.com/forums/ you can find a '782' swirlhead anywhere and i wouldn't pay more than $50 for one from a salvage yard.
there'* bound to be someone in your area on the forums with a complete engine or parts car with a 2.5 TI, and probaby for $500 or less. you may have to drive a little ways to go get it, and then just drive it back.
and yes your current transmission will work fine, although i'm thinking the A413 that went into turbo cars was proabably beefed up and probably had a different torque converter. really i would register on either of those forums and ask what needs to be done if you really think you might turbocharge it. i really think you'll find that it'* going to be EASY and CHEAP. it'* really all bolt in including the electronics for the most part. the 2.5 TI is not a hard to find engine.
i'd imagine that LeSabre would get horrible gas mileage.
