nobody was issued a ticket as far as i know, the police report says the officer found the honda at fault because technically the honda hit the truck i guess. in illinois the police report is laid out by a list of the autos involved and it goes by, the first car is at fault, the second car isnt at fault or has some fault and the third car if their is one isnt at fault, im on there as the third.

and the truck stopped, he was a mexican that could barely speak english, the state trooper had to ask me again what happened after asking him because she couldnt understand him

and i feel better but i didnt have the drink, i try not to ;p, anyway my neck is sore as hell now, i gotta call the doctor and make an appointment or see if he wants me to go the hospital.

oh and i drove past the accident site today and i saw my huge *** tire marks from the abs giving up, the giant mark and gashes in the concrete from me slamming into the barrier and the marks from my tire scraping the side of it when it went airborne, its not pretty, especially with the HUGE transmission fluid puddle.


now on another note, being as the car is 90% sure that its gonna be totaled out, i was thinking of a replacement car if i get enough money for it, i saw a 96 sse that was a bright *** red with black leather before on ebay and if i can find another one like it and i have enough id like that hehe, anyone wanna give some input on replacement cars, any ideas???

the car is at a tow yard that is being ******** saying that i cant even go to the car wtihout paying the entire tow bill which i dont have right now.

hold on now it is your car and you are not abel to have acess to it that is B.*. on the part of the tow company

1. call the pd that came to the sceen and called them to get them to call down to allow youacess to it
2. if that dont work then call the insurance company and they can do it they will be paying the bill after all and end up owning the car in the end

most tow companys dont like to **** off the cops or insurance company due to the fact that is where all the big $$$ comes from in colorado they cant keep you from your car after a accadent due to things yu need from day to day that might be kept in it

im gonna try and call the state police, theyre the ones that had it towed, supposedly theres some law in illinois saying tow companies dont have to let you get access to the car when its towed

Maaan you must have been goin pretty fast to be hittin the brakes hard, slammin into someone then hitting the median goin 50-60. Unless it was wet and even then.

ill admit i was going kinda fast but i was already off the gas and coasting down, its the fact that my tires are the worst tires i have ever had, they have no traction whatsoever so when i hit the brakes the abs kicked on right away and gave up which caused them to lock and since they are literally ****, i wasnt even slowing down fast at all once they locked

seriously dont ever buy starfire sx2000'* or bfgoodrich excentia tires, youll be signing your death wish.

(and i didnt buy them they were on it when i bought it last month)

and on another ******* note, i was driving my jeep about 30min ago to mcdonalds (DOING THE SPEED LIMIT might i add before anyone says anything) and im just cruising along at 30mph in the LEFT lane again and minding my own business when im going thru this intersection and this god damn silver late model pontiac sunfire dosent stop for a red light, turns without looking right into my lane right in front of me, i am so lucky the ******* wheels didnt lock (like the first time today they didnt cuz the roads are so bad from the snow) otherwise i would have rammed her just like i rammed that honda xcept theres no concrete barrier on the road i was on. WHATS THE ******* PROBLEM WITH CHICAGO DRIVERS?!? thats it im moving to the middle of ******* nowhere so theres no idoits swerving/coming into my lanes.
