Default ugh. I'm ripped!

Seriously though.. I was trying to remove my lugnuts from my front right tire when I was going to be painting my brake calipers and THREE of them are cross threaded! Apprently the shop that put my tire back on after I got a flat crossthreaded three out of the five lugnuts. this is all fine and dandy, but as I was trying myhardest to get the damn thing off I felt this tearing sensation then a loud crack from my shoulder. Feels like I really ripped something up there. Definately not a good feeling. Keep getting hot and cold sensations right in that general area now. Don't know exactly what I did. (although I have an idea.. I was born without the front half of my clavicle, I only have cartlidge going from the breast bone to my shoulder in the front, and the rear half of the clavicle. I'm guessing I ripped the cartlidge.) Oh, and to add insult to injury, one of the lugnuts broke as I was trying to get it off.. I have bruises on my hands from trying to loosen them so hard. Oh, and also tried to use an extension bar for more leverage.. it bent. Any ideas? I'm guessing I'm going to have to take it in so they can use an impact wrench or whatever to loosen them? I'm guessing I'll have to get those wheel studs replaced too while I'm at it since they've been cross threaded.?
