My leather has a few rips in the leather and I want to fix it before it gets out of hand.
What'* the best procedure to fix rips in leather so that it looks like new.

I'v never seen a sucessful leather repair. Instead, I've seen the replacement of parts with ones in much better condition or new replacement panels from upholstery shops. What specific areas are you speaking of? Driver'* bolster??

Leather conditioner is a great idea to keep leather moist and prolong cracks that can turn into rips. It certainly doesn't repair rips though.
