I am having all sorts of emotions right now, and I am not sure how to put them into words, so if I mess up sorry about that. PDad woke me up this morning to tell me the news, and instantly I felt heartbreak, not for me, but for his parents, friends and family. Chad was a wonderful young man, who was always there with words of encouragement, or just a little note to say hi.
He will be sadly missed and our hearts and prayers go out to his family.

wow. I just don't have words. This is a huge loss for everyone and is a reality check for those of us who are not directly connected to this war (like myself) I pray for all his family and friends and hope they can get through this. He will be missed here.

This is horrible....
Even though we've never really talked, I still remember talking to him about some of the stuff that happens out there. I never thought this stuff happens anymore, and it'* kinda killing me right now because one of my good friends will be shipping out to Iraq, also my ex'* step dad will be shipping out as well.
