BOA is a joke... however MBNA was an even bigger joke... trust me on this one.. i worked for a marketing and sales company and they where our customers..
chase or jp morgage as its is now, was the best one i worked with..

oh ya the vice persident of BOA is a conceided (insert word of choice here)
the VP of MBNA was a cool guy..

for the end consumer is was prob for your best interest.. however for the marketing world.. it sucks...

just like when jp took over chase.. oh ya that was a headache from h3ll...
