welp, went to court today. he decided to take the "pay the fines, stay out of trouble for 60 days and offense gets dropped" road. hopefully i will never see this man, so i write this letter:

Dear Mr. Garth

I am sorry that I have caused you these many hardships by merely existing. i am sorry my safety concious decision inconvienced you, and am sorry we met in the manner that we did. i am sorry your sorry butt got busted for hitting me, and will forgive you for fighting for so long if you forgive me for existing. i regret that my sad little tempo faired better than your girlfriends 2001 dodge ram 1500 weighing twice that of my car <seriously>. i am sorry you have over $800 out of pocket because of me, and wish it could be some other way. please be informed though, that i do not regret my desicion, and will do it again if the need arises. hopefully we can meet again, preferrably with you tailgating me, so i can brake check your sorry butt, and see how well your avalanche <AKA plastic mobile> fairs compared to your girlfriends truck. so, until we meet again, <insert raspberry emoticon here that we *should* have but don't>

Sincerely
Randall Jolly <aka Ford Boy>

<i hope he doesnt visit here >

Please tell me you didn't actually give him that letter? It was just a rant here right?
