I eat seeds until my mouth hurts from the salt, who else?

I miss those days....

I really like sunflower seeds but I only eat them when I'm fishing. Weird, I know. I do eat a TON of them when I'm fishing though, and yes, my mouth hurts from all of the salt. I'm on a new diet to bulk up now though and a lot of sodium isn't part of it. :(

I'm a seeder too. I've been known to put away 4 sleeves of the Frito Lay seeds in a day. Those and a Diet Dew are money. I eat the regulars. Flavored ones are too strong, IMO.

Softball season is here... Giant seeds are the bomb.

i love seeds, its more of a summer thing for me though, but when i work i usually go threw a bag a day, more if i share.

I use to be a sunflower seedaholic. LOL I could get the seed out faster than a bird could. They taste good and take more time to eat than reaching for chips or something worse. I haven't had any in a while. I'm on the wagon
