I don't know this Wes Blair character, but I assume this GT is all stock N/A comparing to stock N/A Marauder??

No, Wes is the fastest GP GT, 13.5 in the 1/4, heavily modded but then , the marauder is not a normal n/a engine either it has enhancements. I'm not sure what brought all this up, I forget the point now....
