Sad thing is, they still can barely get out of their way. They're only fast once you modify them some, they cost a lot, and yeah. Great Idea, and fun as hell to drive, but not an SS contender by anymeans.

It'* perfectly acceptable for me to say that. That kinda power in that car car should move much better. I read up on them all the time when they came out, and the only one that impressed me had a vortec csc on it.

Not sure about the quarter, but the Marauder goes from 0-60mph in 7.5 sec., which is a second slower than the old 94-96 Impala SS.

Oh, forgot to mention the Mark 8 with the same engine is 3700lbs vs. the Marauder'* 4200lb. curb weight.

not getting into the debate, i've had ENOUGH of them lately,..but i drove one today,..goddamn it was sweet! it moved like hell! sounded great,..and i loved it,..only prob,..was the wanted 23 k for it and wouldn't budge on the price. they are hard to find in my area. this one had under 10k miles and was mint as mf'n hell. god that was a sweet car,..but hey i drive a L27 so,..anything is faster than that,..well almost anything, lol
