I would include the CD, but it is a year old and the software is already outdated. You can go straight to www.scantool.net and download USB drivers and Scanxl standard. I do have a license key for it, but it is in my name right now. 3/1/2012, I emailed Palmerperformance inquiring about license transfer. Still waiting to hear back.

This will NOT tune/program your PCM.

Not sure about ABS, but on my 2000 Blazer, it did read ABS codes. It never reported ABS issues on my 97 Bonneville. It may be year dependant.

Compatible with 1996 OBD2 newer cars and trucks.
