On the driver side, under the area of the hush pannel right below the steering colum... Look under there and you will see it

yes it faces straight down, but for those of you interested in attaching a scanner/etc while driving the mount for the connector is designed in a way that with 2 small screws you can mount it facing the driver seat so it wont interupt your feet while using the pedals
