So a part from rockauto broke as I was torquing it down. this is the email convo we had

warehouse to reship you a replacement part. At this time, we do not need the
part you received returned. Please hold on to the defective part until the
replacement arrives. At that time, the defective part can be discarded.

They rock. A while back I ordered a drivers side window motor. I got a box for that part but it had the passenger side motor. The promptly sent the right motor and didn't want the other one back.

That is something you don't get out of business anymore. Now I just need to break something so I can order parts from there
