I just put a store bought pie crust in a pie plate, filled it with green peppers and onions, then drowned them in a mixture of 8 eggs, package of cream cheese, and diced jalapeno. Topped with mozzarella and baked for 30 minutes. I ate half of it. It was awesome, and now it'* nap time. Retirement is good. The wife has no idea how lucky she is to be at work.

Sounds good. Try a can of cream of mushroom soup. Yum. And some sausage

Maybe im just too young to enjoy the same tastes but while you 2 gorge yourselves on the soup and quiche... someone pass me a pizza

I have to admit..I'm a fan of the quiche. Of course the quiche has to have manly stuff in it like bacon, onions, bacon, peppers, bacon, ham or sausage and loads of cheese. When you see a quiche with spinach in it..be suspect that its not a MANS QUICHE!
