so what you're saying is since I have a 2 Ghz, I should go with 1GB of RAM?
Maybe sometime down the road because I can, I'll max out the board just for the sake of not having to worry about it again.

I think I'll just go with a gig then....new egg is only about 85-90 bux....Sometime next weekend if I can I'll stop up at Microcenter and check out their prices before I buy

When you're talking RAM, is it true that your machine may run faster with 2 - 512 sticks rather than 1 - 1GB stick? I've heard it'* faster because the system can access both sticks at once instead of only having the bandwidth of one stick. Is this true? If so Nate, you may want to look at 2 - 512s instead of a 1GB stick.
