Default pontiac sunfire engine question

I went looking at another forum for an answer to the following:

What is the difference between the 2 engines for 2002 pontiac sunfire VIN 4 and VIN F? There is a price difference when looking for a used one, wondered why they dont interchange.

Default

One should be a 2.0L SOHC and the other should be the 2.2L or 2.4L DOHC. They are notinterchangable at all
