Default Pontiac Sunfire

Raced a sunfire through three lights last night. The first two lights I killed him rather badly. When I came to the red light I didn't stop, I just kind of went slowe until it turned green, kind of like a roll on thing. The third light we were even for quite a while, he pulled on me for about 5 seconds then I blew him away again. Satisfying kill. The thing was a stick to. When i get my chip and race him again, maybe i blow him away alot better then what i did.

this sunfire was somewhat modded, pretty sure he had an intake, other then that I don't know, but I do know he pulled on me for a few seconds, after that I never saw him again.

Not to bad, considering you were racing a car with 130hp stock.

a stock 165hp 0-60 comes in at 11, as tested by many magazines and me . good thing your modded . id stay away from the chips, they have potential but no mass produced superchip is going to do anything

hey 92 trofeo, i looked it up.
86 3.8, 140hp 190tq, 0-60 "shade under 12"
87 150hp, 11'*
88-90 165hp 210tq, 0-60 11
91 170hp 220tq 0-60 high 9'* to 10.3

92 ssei, PONTIAC claims a 8.7, mags range from 7.5 to 9.0 (probably a traction problems for the higher ones)

must have a factory freak there unique, your faster than the newer gen supercharged, even the L67'*

good kill......

sure he was racing though? the 2.4'* arn't bad, mid 8'* for a auto, the 2.2 was 10'* for a auto, you said he had you for a while, maybe he let off? his car is more of a revver, yours is more of a torquer. if he took you for 5 seconds, then you took him, he let off

Nope...all concrete under yer feet Mikey

I have yet to get my Aurora up to those numbers yet. I need an intake and a high flow cat first...I'm dangling at 260 right now...

Mid sevens is a goal for the 3900 lb steamliner I call my Aurora
