Default Picking Up Auto Parts In Buffalo

Does anyone know the details of going across to Buffalo from Canada to pick up auto parts for a car that'* over 30 years old. Eg. I heard there'* no duty or Customs charges and since you're picking them up at a post office box, you are your own broker. I'm not sure how much you can bring across in one trip if you're not there for over 24 hrs. I need to purchase some parts within the next couple of weeks and was trying to get more info on this.

Thanks

your usally aloud 50-60 a day, all depends on the customs agent, some dont care and others are protectors of the world, ive gone over with 4 ppl and came back with over 350, but you just split it with all the occupants, your good as long as its not smokes or booze
