Default Rock Auto ROCKS! - Auto Parts Warehouse BLOWS !

Last Sunday evening I ordered a pair of Power Slot rotor from Auto Parts Warehouse and a set of Quiet Stops from Rock Auto. I got an immediate e-mail from Rock Auto with all of my order information and the pads hit my door Tuesday morning!

What do you think I got from Auto Parts Warehouse so far? NOTHING. No e-mail, no tracking number, nothing. It hasn't even shipped yet. I tried customer service and it routes to a phone room in India and they are no help at all.

Anyone get poor service from Auto Parts Warehouse?

I actually haven't heard of Auto Parts Warehouse. Sorry about this terrible issue with the rotors. Do you need yours replaced soon?

Default SAME HERE

I bought plugs and wires, I wanted AC delco, and these guys were the cheapest.. aka auto parts giant, took a long time to get the parts, then they just forgot to send the wires, took another week, did some serious back and forth on th phone, they claimed I never ordered them, but my credit card sure thought I ordered them!! Took a little over 2 weeks, but finally got the stuff, about 10% cheaper than anywhere else, but certainly not worth it if I needed the parts in a hurry. Rock auto, however, nothing but great in all areas.

Rock Auto IMOP is awesome. Great stock, prices and quick shipping. I have heard mixed things about Auto Parts Warehouse of which I have never ordered from.

Northern Auto Parts has alot of "odd" stuff for our motors, and they were lightning fast shipping the parts I needed. Ordred online on Sunday, got them that Tuesday.

I think I bough the plastic upper composite intake for my grand marquis from auto parts warehouse. Shipping was slightly delayed in my mind, but other than that everything went well.
