And I'll have to disagree with all of you
I prefer the looks of the GT-R.
IMO, the ZR-1 just looks the same as a regular corvette but the GT-R is so different.

I would consider selling my finacial freedom for the next 15 years though for the ZR1. Granted, if I did that, I'd probably be giving away the girlfriend as well.... hrm...

And that'* also part of it. Refinement is great, but they sacrificed the soul of the older car for looks. The new one isn't that much better as a package. It can corner a little harder, but can't pull as hard coming out. Half of the attraction of the Skyline was that it was a brutal car. It was fast, and it cornered like it had claws, but it made you work for it. All this computerized whiz-bang takes away from the fun of driving, I think.
Just one of the reasons I'm building a Dodge Shadow instead of an Evo or something of similar ilk.
